CareerLoom Privacy Policy

CareerLoom (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account: the email you use to sign in (via Apple or email).
• Resume / cover-letter / interview inputs: the text you submit, used to generate AI output for you.
• Usage: anonymized counts of AI generations, so we can enforce free-tier limits and improve the product.

2. AI Processing

Your resume, job descriptions, and interview answers are sent to our AI service provider(s) (an OpenAI-compatible gateway; the model name is disclosed in-app) to generate tailored output. We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.

3. Storage

Your drafts are stored in your device’s secure storage. Server-side, we store only minimal account metadata and AI-generation quotas.

4. Your Choices

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account.
