1. How does the daily free quota work?

All AI features (resume rewrite, mock interview, cover letter, match score) share one daily quota. Free users get 3 a day, resetting at local midnight; subscribing to Pro lifts that cap and gives a higher daily quota.

2. How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro stays usable until then. Cancel within the 7-day trial and you won't be charged.

3. Can I request a refund?

iOS: file at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: open the order in Google Play. We honor Apple / Google's refund rules and do not double-charge.

4. Who owns AI-generated content?

Within compliant use, you own the AI-rewritten resumes, cover letters, and interview feedback, and may use them freely in your job search. You are responsible for the truthfulness of any personal claim in your resume.

5. How do I delete my account?

Profile → Account → Delete account removes your account and related data, which is then permanently erased.

6. How is my resume and data handled?

Your resumes, cover letters, and interview drafts stay in your device's secure storage; servers keep only minimal account info and daily quota counts. Resumes, JDs, and interview answers are sent to our AI provider to generate output. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
